1. Processing Time
1.All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
2.You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
3.Orders that require customization or specific size adjustments may take additional processing time. This will be communicated during purchase.

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹1000 within India.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Vevin Trends currently ships only within India.
We do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO addresses
A valid residential or business address, pin code, and active mobile number are required for delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (For Returns or Damage Claims)
To process any return or damage claim, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required. The video must:
Start from the sealed parcel
Clearly show the opening process
Show the product inside the box
This measure helps ensure fairness and protect both the customer and the brand.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
